The typical biscuits of our Cosenza tradition are excellent to serve for breakfast, as a snack or at the end of a meal. The fig biscuits are filled biscuits prepared from an ancient recipe of our family. Among our typical sweets, always handcrafted, we have the processing of typical sweets of our territory. The pitta 'mpigliata is a typical Calabrian sweet, very popular throughout the province of Cosenza. It is a sweet prepared throughout the year but especially during the holidays, it is eaten at the end of a meal or as breakfast during the day. We produce the almond carezze. They are almond-based sweets, baked in the oven giving them a natural shape that resembles an S. They are made with different aromas, all exclusively natural.
